Lincoln Underground Collective presents ‘Class & Class Struggle’
Whether we realise it or not, class and class struggle is something which affects all of us in our daily lives. Often when people talk of ‘class’, they are referring to cultural and sociological differences, but fewer people will consider economic positions as a factor. Class and class struggle is a fundamental feature of anarchism. As one author put it, “Any attempt to understand anarchism without reference to class struggle would be akin to studying the life of a shark without reference to its teeth.” Come along to an evening of lively and engaging discussion and learn about the anarchist interpretation of class, how capitalism shapes our world, and some of history’s most famous attempts to challenge the existing system.
